Eating “dead” over processed foods is useless to the health of our bodies and our skin. Give your body proper nutrition and watch yourself glow from within. There are a lot of delicious meals you can enjoy that will make you glow and satisfy your palate.
Chicken with Apple and Onions
- ½ Yellow sweet onion, sauteed in Extra Virgin Olive Oil (cold pressed) or Grape seed oil
- 2 Chicken breasts (free range, hormone free)
- sprinkle chicken with Rancher steak rub on one side and Garlic and Herb seasoning to the bottom.
- Cook chicken and onions till almost completely cooked through. Add 3 tablespoons of a dry red wine, simmer down till nearly completely absorbed. Place sliced apple (sweet) in the pan place chicken on top of slices and simmer for 2-3 min. Add ½ teaspoon balsamic vinegar before removing from the pan.
I like to serve this dish over a bed of kale drizzled with bacon flavored/ or lemon flavored grape seed oil and a side of boiled potatoes seasoned in salt (sea) fresh ground pepper and the wildtree dill dip mix, with a drizzle of the garlic grape seed oil.
